Payment: For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards through our secure online store and through PayPal. For your security, sensitive data is never stored in our system nor emailed to us; you can verify our security seals at checkout. Once the order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to your email (please whitelist our domain to prevent emails going into spam). Registered users can login to view their order at

Tax: We are required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey. Tax will be added to your total, and displayed on your order confirmation.

Changes & Cancellations: We process orders quickly. Changes or cancellations must be made within 1-2 business days of placing an order to avoid delay and/or additional charges. Changes/cancelations on same day and overnight orders must be made within the first 5 hours of placing the order to about delay and/or additional changes.

Out of Stocks: If you place an order for a product that’s not in stock, we will notify you via email within 3 business days. You can either (a) select another item; (b) put the item on back order; or (c) get a full refund. If you select another item, we will either charge or refund you any difference in price. If we don’t hear from you, or the items are on back order for 14 business days or more, your order will be automatically canceled with a full refund.

Price Match Guarantee: If you find a lower price advertised online, we will match that price. Price matches can be requested up to 7 business days after the original purchase. We reserve the right to reject and/or limit item quantities of a price match. To be eligible, the product (a) must be identical; (b) offered by an authorized U.S.- based Jon Renau reseller; and (c) advertised on their website with the price at the time of request. We will not match prices on products on clearance, special orders, discounted, damaged, used, returned, or sold on third-party marketplaces (i.e., Amazon, eBay, Walmart). Price matching cannot be combined with any coupons or promotions.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificate sales are final. No refunds. Items purchased via gift certificate may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit only.

Promotions & Clearance: While we already offer the lowest prices available, we sometimes offer special promotions and clearance items to further reduce the price of our merchandise. Coupons are limited to 1 per order. Please visit these pages for more information:

Free Shipping: We offer FREE U.S. Ground shipping on all orders $50 or more. Average delivery time is 3-7 business days from date of purchase. Shipping orders under $50 is $9.95. You may expedite your order at your expense.

  • 2-Day Shipping (2-3 business days): $34.95
  • Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days): $64.95

Tracking: To provide faster delivery, all orders are shipped directly from Jon Renau using UPS. Once shipped, UPS will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can view the status of your delivery on the UPS website at

Additional Shipping Guidelines:

  • We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered more efficiently. Currently, we only ship to a U.S. delivery address, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. We reserve the right to send orders to the billing address if the shipping address cannot be verified.
  • Delivery time-frames cannot be guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weekends and holidays, carrier delays, or changes to your order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery, we can either reship the item(s) at your expense, or donate the items(s) without any refund to you.

In addition to the quality of our wigs, our Wig Exchange Program is one of the main reasons people buy wigs from us. You may exchange or return a wig to us within 15 business days from date of purchase, no questions asked. All returned wigs are donated to someone in need; they are NOT resold.

Exchanges: There’s no restocking fee on your first wig exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee on your second wig exchange. The third wig is the final sale. If the price for the new wig is different, we will either charge or refund you any difference.

Refunds: Refunds are processed via the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. For credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please package items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Eligible Products: To ensure our products are sanitary and to maintain health codes, we can only accept returns for wigs and hair pieces. Other items will be disposed of (toppers, extensions, caps, hats, scarves, tape, removers, shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, gel, CBD products, etc.); they will not be returned nor refunded to you. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition (unaltered, unworn, uncut, undamaged), and in the original packaging with original tags. If you return an ineligible item, we can either ship it back to you at your expense, donate it to someone in need, or dispose of it.
